Two Ingredient Nutella cake.
Ingredients – 4 large, fresh eggs and 250gms of Nutella
(Buy a 1kg jar of Nutella if you can find it, you’re going to make this often!).
Preheat oven to 180 deg (160 fan forced).
Grease and line a 20cm springform tin.
Place eggs in a mixing bowl and beat on high speed until the mixture triples in volume, at least 5 minutes.
Spoon Nutella into a largish microwave proof bowl (glass) and microwave 15-20 seconds until soft.
Spoon one third of the egg mixture into the Nutella with a metal spoon. Fold it in, using the metal spoon, until completely incorporated.
Continue adding the egg mixture into the Nutella mixture and folding until all incorporated.
Spoon (or pour) into baking tin.
Bake 25-30 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
The mixture will puff up as it cooks, then settle back down as it cools off.
Allow to get completely cold before removing from tin.
Slice and serve. I served mine with whipped cream and strawberries.
