This book has a chapter on Basic techniques, and an excellent chapter on Stitches and Techniques.

Instructions include thread sizes, numbers of bobbins, prickings, and work method.

These would be delightful pieces of lace to make for your dollhouse, but I would consider them to be for an advanced lacemaker, seeing they are so tiny.
