Gluten Free treats .
375g milk chocolate
4 sunrice rice cakes plain
½ cup dried apricots
½ cup toasted almond slivers.
Melt choc mix altogether after crumbling rice cakes, can use other products –ginger ,dried fruits but depends on the gluten free requirements.
Very rich so put into small choc papers. I used dark chocolate in mine as family prefer it. Made ½ quantity to try it & even that made a lot. Also put a small piece of “Buderim naked ginger” (which is the one I use ) on top of some of it as DGs don’t all like ginger.
