This book contains several Russian tape lace motifs, and several types of ground and edgings.  The idea is to piece them together, overlaying the motifs over the ground, on a paper pattern for a waistcoat, and make it up on a big pillow.   There are even pictures in it of how to make the pillow!  The concept is great.  It includes ideas like making an thin tape edging around a bust dart and hand sewing them together on assembly.  I bought my copy from the Kloeppelshop in Germany for 18.90 Euros plus postage
