Lace – A History by Santina M Levey

Purchased by Marisha via Book Depository – at the time, the last copy they had.
Marisha reports it is a wonderful book with a very good history of laces of all types.  The photos are very good with close-ups and lots of sample pictures of the laces.  There is an extensive use of art works over the years where obviously no actual lace was available.
