250g packet gingernut biscuits, crushed
half a cup desicated coconut
1 cup Nestle white melts
three quarters of a cup of Nestles Top’n’Fill Caramel
half a cup chopped crystalised ginger.
Line base and sides of an 18 x 28cm lamington pan.
Combine biscuit crumbs, coconut and ginger in a medium bowl.
Place Nestles Top’n’Fill caramel and white melts in a medium suacepan.
Cook, stirring, over a low heat until melted and ingredients are combined.
Pour caramel mixture into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Press mixture into tin and refrigerate until set.
Cut into shapes to serve.
If desired, melt and drizzle half a cup of white melts over the top for decoration.
Makes 24 squares.
