Avocado Relish

Great on toast, cold meat etc.

3 onions
3 green apples
2 capsicums (red look good)
4-6 avocado’s
11/2 cups white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 desp.salt.

Finely chop, onions, apples and capsicums add
Mashed ripe avocado’s, vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix.
Bottle and keep in fridge. May discolour a little but still good to eat.
